Shipping within the UK

  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over £40, within the UK.
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 48 hours from the date of your order confirmation.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 4 PM (Mon-Fri) to qualify for next-day delivery.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions and postal service delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your order's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Missing or Lost Packages

Golden Padel Black Friday to Cyber Monday

During our Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions, we’re offering exclusive discounts and the option for next-day delivery on select products. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping policy for this period:

Next-Day Delivery Cut-Off Times

Orders placed on Friday before 4:00 PM: Delivered the next day (Saturday).

Orders placed on Saturday before 4:00 PM: Delivered on Monday.

Orders placed on Sunday: Processed on Monday for next-day delivery (Tuesday).

Important Notes:

Orders placed after the 4:00 PM cut-off will be processed the following business day.

Delivery services may be affected by high demand during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday period, so we recommend placing orders as early as possible.

Next-day delivery applies only to eligible products and addresses within our delivery network.
