At Golden Padel, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy for more details.
Delivery
UK
- Free tracked delivery (Royal Mail 48) on orders over £60. Under £60, it's £2.95.
- Next day delivery is £4.95. Order before 4pm, Monday to Friday.
- Standard orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and you'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Outside the UK
We send international orders by Royal Mail International Tracked.

Orders delivered outside the UK may have import VAT, duties or a carrier handling fee charged on delivery. These are set by the destination country and paid by you. If your country isn't listed, email info@goldenpadel.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.
Lost or late parcels
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, email info@goldenpadel.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it with Royal Mail.
