General Returns – Within 30 Days
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

The item must have been purchased directly from goldenpadel.co.uk.

You must contact us for approval before returning any item. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.
Free returns apply only to main products such as rackets and bags.
For accessories (e.g., grips, balls), customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:

Overgrips, undergrips, or silicone grips

Balls, opened packaging, or used accessories

Customised or personalised items

Gift cards

Refunds for Accessories
If an accessory item is not faulty or damaged, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds.
However, at our discretion, we may offer a partial goodwill refund, typically:

Excluding the original shipping cost

Minus any handling/repackaging fees

Excluding return postage (if applicable)
Goodwill refunds are case-by-case and subject to prior written approval.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
We’ll review your claim and, if applicable, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.
Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted where evidence of fault is unclear.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund once approved and place a new order for the desired product.
EU 14-Day Right Of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without giving any explanation and without requiring prior authorisation from us.
What's covered: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Sealed accessories (e.g. grips, balls) that remain unopened are eligible for return under this right.
How to exercise your right: Simply contact us at info@goldenpadel.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your intention to return. You do not need our approval to do so.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full order value including the original outbound shipping cost within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping: The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or customised items, or to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. opened grip tape or used balls).
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified whether your refund is approved or declined.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Misuse, Damage or Non-Compliance
Items returned in a used, damaged, or incomplete condition (including missing packaging or accessories) will not be refunded and may be returned to you at your cost. Repeated or fraudulent return claims may result in refusal of future returns.
