Trade-In Terms

These Trade-In Terms apply when you submit a padel racket for trade-in through the Golden Padel website.

Eligibility
Trade-ins are accepted only for rackets that are approved by our trade-in partner. We may refuse any racket at our discretion if it does not meet the programme criteria.

Valuation
All trade-in valuations are made independently by Padel Repair Lab based on the racket's condition, age and resale value. Golden Padel does not set or negotiate valuations.

Acceptance of valuation
If your racket is accepted, you will receive trade-in credit in the amount offered. The valuation is only valid for the period stated in the offer and may be withdrawn or revised if the racket condition does not match the description or images provided.

Credit note
Trade-in credit is issued as a Golden Padel credit note or discount code and can be used only on purchases from the Golden Padel website. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or used for any purpose other than a Golden Padel purchase, unless we state otherwise in writing.

No cash alternative
Trade-in credit is not redeemable for cash.

Verification
Credit is issued only after the racket has been received and verified by our trade-in partner.

Rejected items
If a racket is rejected or the condition materially differs from what was submitted, we may withdraw the offer. In that case, the racket may be returned to you or disposed of, depending on the arrangement confirmed by our trade-in partner.

Shipping
You are responsible for packing and sending the racket safely to the address provided. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit before receipt by our trade-in partner.

Data sharing
By using the trade-in service, you acknowledge that your details will be shared with Padel Repair Lab for the sole purpose of carrying out the trade-in valuation and related admin.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
